Mithun in & as ‘Don Muthuswamy’ After the sterling performance as an aging but fearless Bengali newspaper editor in Mani Rathnam’s Guru, add another feather to Mithun Chakraborty’s cap.

List of Don Muthuswamy songs
“I Love You” –The song “I Love You” is refreshing as the singers Emon Chatterjee and Deepali (the participants of Indian Idol) have been called in to give voice to the song. The light guitar sound and violin works like magic.
“I Love You” (A karoke version)-The second Karaoke version of the song is also present in the album that has impressive instrumental sound and music.
“Tum Kaun Ho”-Shaan sings the duet with Mahalaxmi and this one is another romantic song of the album. This one is also above average in outcome.
“Baby I Love”-The bhangra sounds have been added to the album through the song “Baby I Love” and the instrumental are audible.
“Baby I Love (karaoke)”- The second version of the Bhangra song “Baby I Love “is called the Karoke version and that too is ok.
Dialogues from the film – The comedy dialogues in south Indian accent from Mithun Chakraborty have been added in the album.
The story of the film is about a hardcore Don Muthuswami played by Mithun Chakraborty. On his father's advice, he is trying to alter and improve his image. Now he wants to be called Sir Muthuswami. This whole process for his transformation turns into a comic ride. The music of the film is given by Anu Malik.
In the meanwhile Sanjana and Jaikishan fall in love with each other and make things more complicated.
Who is the father of Sanjana's baby?
Who marries whom?
How does Muthu get back the loot from Preetam?
Who Is Ranjana?
What happens to the opposition gangsters?
How does Don Muthuswami handle the police?

I have watched the film many
I have watched the film many times.I have some comments about this film.
Negetive sides:
1)Weak direction.
2)Low label of music.
3)Poor acting of the actors without Mithun Da.
4)Complex story.
5)Maximum part of the film is inside a room.
6)Star casting.
Positive sides:
1)Mithun Da's mind-blowing acting and most suitable expressions in each scene.
2)Sense of humour of Mithun Da.
3)Some mind blowing comedy scene.
If imitation is the best form
If imitation is the best form of flattery, then Don Muthuswamy does justice to the original(Oscar which has Sylvester Stallone in the lead)...Mithun essays the part of the Don who is trying to turn over a new leaf with elan and the rest of the cast too give some good performances... the film really makes you laugh... the Movie is entertaining in the first half...the second half especially towards the ends becomes a bit of a drag...
