Rest assured that there is nothing like a plant with such fruits. Just look carefully at the way the fruits differ. There is one fruit with upperlimbs on the side and the other pics with the upperlimbs in front. This is just a bit off computer work with which someone wanted to check the peoples' thinking and understanding integrity.

I don't see that as a HOAX rather find the pictures of the Nareepol carrying an extreme and realistic theme on Thailand and its culture involving women .... which could be extended beyond Thailand to the other countries of the world where tourism is attractive because of the notion of ease of access and availability of women for pleasure. The initiator is, I would consider, a superbly creative person, with humour and appropriately researched mind, and has an ultimate goal to achieve that such a theme would do either :

I plant this tree at my home and some beautiful ladies appears in the shape of flower next morning and was asking me to plant a nareelora type of tree (man flower) so they (ladies flower) can do se... kinda type of thing with them to give birth naree-chanda (child flower) type of thing.

2. Some of the "women" have their arms crossed over their belly while others' hands are hanging by their side.
