Top floor have open space for the view of mumbai city and ocean. From ground floor to 6th floor there will be parking space for all cars including visitors. Plants will be grown all around in the building to keep away from heat. There will be separate floor for the health. There will be yoga, dance, gym, restaura and many more features in it. Sure there will be a theater in separate floor with DTS dolby and latest projectors. Theater will also have snack bar and wine room in it.
All the material and interior design used in this home, will be unique. you will not see it any where in the world. There will be also separate rooms for business meeting, parties, guests, and others. No need to surprise that bathroom may be bigger than some good homes in india also in term of money. There will be siver stairs and crystal decoration on the ceiling. Kitchen will be busy all the days to serve hundreads of guests.

and as far as the social service part is concerned ,i fink Mr. Ambani can't stop spending on luxuries coz there are other >1 billion who are growing population even after knowing that they are poor.
and reliance is a public listed company.Mukesh has grown with it and who so ever wanna grow is invited to invest .....

This is not even a home..Its a danm forty story building with more employees than there are family members....

Beside the ridiculous amount of money spent on this house, it's ugly, plain and simple. As ugly on the inside as it is outside. Cold and sterile. I think this guy played and failed at conquering Jenga at a few too many parties. I agree with all who commented on the monumental waste of money this is. Maybe Brad and Anjolina could buy it and puta ll their kids in it?
