Does Maruthi really want to
Does Maruthi really want to have business!!
The new A -Star is good looking, but dumb on interior space. Only 4 adults can sit, but not very comfortably. Still if you think you can manage, the car is not worth the price. Its just too high, may be Euro 4 or 5(as the salesman put it).
But should really admire the exteriors, specially the rear. Its got the guts to stand up n say, here i am - take a look at me. But the interior & the luggage space throws you out of the car, especially the back seat does not have enough leg space. Even when you enter the drivers seat, you will hit the steering wheel, even for a person of height 5'10".
The car has been placed too aggressively in market competing with i10, without forethought.
Reduce the price to 3.7-3.8(Vxi onroad), the car will be a huge succcess or else work on the spacing.
The car ultimately is a dissapointment for a buyer like me, but for an onlooker its good.
No one is even ready to finance, even if they, cost is 14% HDFC & 15% ICICI.
