Alexis Miller “MaryJane”Rapper Says Shaq Stalked Her
Alexis Miller says that the basketball star, Shaquille O'Neal threatened by telephone and e-mail! Are threatened by Shaq is frightening, that dude is huge!
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Miller, whose rap alias is "Maryjane," said she had a relationship with O'Neal, and they broke things off last month.
Miller said that Shaq has threatened to "blackball" [his] of the recording industry by paying artists… $ 500 each for their agreement to refuse to perform or to register with it in the future."
Strange and a little disgusting, Miller also said that Shaq called him on the phone making breathing heavy. And she has received e-mails that were "vulgar and offensive unsolicited illustration of a man physically chosen a woman while forcing her to have sex with him.."
"I do think that DNT and FUK and dealin spirit," reads one message. "U neva be heard a phone call is all that I do not try me. Sho-Me."
L. David Wolfe, counsel for Alexis Miller told TMZ that the two have known one another for about 18 months.
Shaq representatives have not commented on the case, but Shaq is scheduled to appear in court before a judge on September 4.

Plus, it's SO EASY to file stalking charges and obtain a restraining order against someone. You really don't need much and it usually boils down to one party's word against the other.

Just look at the photo of her in that T-back tells you all you need to know about her. Shaq just needs to stop messin with those 23 year old wannebe's.
